Capacity Building
Training of Trainers (ToT) on Dignified Menstruation 2026
The Global South Coalition for Dignified Menstruation (GSCDM) and Radha Paudel Foundation (RPF) is organizing the Training of Trainers (ToT) on Dignified Menstruation 2026, a five-day intensive residential capacity-building program aimed at strengthening leadership to end menstrual discrimination and advance Dignified Menstruation globally.
Menstrual discrimination is one of the most normalized yet deeply rooted forms of gender-based violence and human rights violation. It shapes power relations, patriarchy, stigma, silence, and exclusion across cultures and societies. Dignified Menstruation (DM), as defined by GSCDM, is a holistic and life-cycle approach that goes beyond hygiene, products, or infrastructure and places dignity, human rights, SRHR, gender equality, and climate justice at the center.
This Training of Trainers is designed to equip participants with the knowledge, skills, tools, and confidence to become effective advocates, facilitators, and change-makers in their communities, institutions, and networks.
