We are pleased to share the official Toolkit for the celebration of the 7th International Dignified Menstruation Day (IDM Day) on 8th December 2025.

This year’s global theme is:

The toolkit is designed to guide individuals, youth groups, organizations, schools, and networks worldwide to celebrate International Dignified Menstruation Day (IDM Day) in their own contexts. It provides:

• Guidance on planning activities and events
• Suggested activities (rallies, dialogues, art, storytelling, workshops, campaigns, etc.)
• Key messages and hashtags for global solidarity
• Ways to connect your celebration with the Learning Conference on Dignified Menstruation (8–10 December 2025, Kathmandu, Nepal)
